What you will do
- Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing): keyword research, campaign structuring, targeting, competitor analysis, ad copy/headlines/CTA testing, and budget/bidding/pacing.
- Improve SEO and organic growth: keyword research (SEMrush/Ahrefs), on-page optimization, technical SEO improvements, landing page/content optimization, and ranking/visibility tracking.
- Manage social media marketing and engagement: scheduling, caption optimization, publishing, and responding to comments/DMs to grow engagement and followers.
- Track and report performance across paid, SEO, and social using GA4, Google Ads, and SEO/social analytics tools; produce recommendations and maintain documentation of changes and test results.
- Continuously test creatives, messaging, and optimization strategies to improve CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- 3+ years of social media management and engagement experience.
- Proven SEO experience using SEMrush, Ahrefs, and/or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of PPC/paid search, audience targeting, and conversion optimization; working knowledge of CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and marketing/SEO reporting tools.
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to have
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, or B2B marketing.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
- Familiarity with content marketing, marketing automation tools, and CRM workflows.
