What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a dedicated product area, aligned with the wider portfolio.
• Lead product discovery and continuous experimentation, partnering with UX and engineering to build prototypes, proof of concepts, and lean MVPs.
• Break down large, complex projects into smaller high-value pieces that engineering can ship quickly.
• Run a flexible, forward-looking roadmap and manage dependencies across teams.
• Define and track success metrics using data to measure platform health and customer impact.
• Own planning and delivery of key missions, keeping stakeholders aligned and product documentation up to date.

Requirements

• Experience running a dedicated product area from discovery through launch and user adoption.
• Strong tactical mindset with comfort working in agile ways and iterating to deliver value.
• Data fluency and analytical mindset, including defining metrics and using data to understand user behavior and platform performance.
• Excellent communication skills to pitch strategy, explain trade-offs, and articulate product value.
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trust to keep teams aligned.
• Collaborative approach bridging UX, data, and engineering to keep the customer experience central.
