What you will do

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls across phone and SMS channels.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and optimize calendar routes for residential and commercial pest control appointments.
  • Coordinate in real-time with field technicians regarding service adjustments and scheduling updates.
  • Assist clients with first-level billing inquiries and payment clarifications.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and call dispositions within the central CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional customer service experience, preferably in a call center or dispatch environment.
  • Conversational fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard CRM databases and cloud dialer systems.
  • Must be able to work a schedule based on Mountain Time (MT).
  • Reliable computer equipment and a stable high-speed internet connection.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute (WPM).
