What you will do

• Implement and deploy Claim Fraud Detection solutions for new clients, including ETL setup and workflow automation.
• Manage and optimize data pipelines and fraud detection models in production environments.
• Roll out new platform features and ensure continuous improvement of existing client solutions.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define roadmaps, present business cases, and report on performance.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in deployment engineering, data science, or software engineering.
• Strong background in OOP languages (C#, C/C++, or Java) and SQL.
• Fluency in English is a strict requirement for this role.
• Ability to communicate complex AI and statistical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Strong business acumen and ability to work autonomously in a client-facing capacity.
