What you will do

  • Own the foundational marketing data layer: design, build, and maintain pipelines that transform raw marketing sources into dimensional models (Medallion architecture) for BI-ready tables.
  • Develop predictive and statistical models to forecast marketing funnel metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and implement marketing attribution models to measure channel and campaign contribution.
  • Ensure data quality and governance via monitoring, validation, cleansing, and adherence to governance policies.
  • Maintain a semantic layer for AI and natural-language analytics using LookML and/or dbt with enriched metadata and structured business context.
  • Build reusable AI skills/workflows for governed data access and run AI quality assurance test cycles to prevent regressions as data and models evolve.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in analytics engineering, data engineering, business intelligence, or a closely adjacent technical role.
  • Fluent English.
  • Mandatory production-grade proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT workflows, and orchestration tools (dbt, Airflow, or similar).
  • Strong data modeling skills (dimensional modeling, data layering).
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows (designing agent context and building/testing AI-assisted pipelines in production).

  • Marketing analytics domain knowledge (B2C/B2B funnels, attribution models, CRM, growth measurement).
