What you will do

• Own the full P&L of the Own Brands business, ensuring revenue growth, gross margin, and overall portfolio performance.
• Define and execute the long-term strategic direction for Redcare and nu3 brands across multiple European markets.
• Orchestrate the entire value chain from consumer insights and product innovation to sourcing, launch, and lifecycle management.
• Lead the Own Brands organization while partnering with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance.
• Drive portfolio expansion and supplier partnerships to accelerate profitable growth and operational excellence.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes to ensure accountability across the value chain.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in Own Brands, Private Label, Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, Retail, or e-commerce.
• Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership, driving sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
• Deep expertise in the end-to-end Own Brands value chain, from insights to commercialization.
• Ability to lead and deliver results within a complex matrix organization, influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience building high-performing teams and establishing scalable operating models.
• Experience in regulated categories such as pharmacy, food supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices is a strong advantage.
