Director, Pricing (Fintech)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Define and execute pricing strategies for 15+ markets across Foodora, Foodpanda, and Yemeksepti brands.
• Drive innovative pricing initiatives, including the integration of AI and automation solutions.
• Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining competitive price perception.
• Build and align the pricing experimentation roadmap across cross-functional teams.
• Own target setting and achievement for customer fee P&L line items.
• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 pricing managers and analysts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, or top-tier consultancy.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative field.
• Proven experience with SQL and Python/R for delivering efficient solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in complex, matrixed organizations.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including C-level.
• Proactive mindset with a track record of tackling complex problems autonomously.
