Salary: $96,500 - $207,500 Annual

What you will do

  • Review and prioritize incoming requests from GRC Strategy and business stakeholders to maintain a healthy product backlog.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming and refine epics, features, and user stories.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, and PI planning.
  • Define and implement product roadmap deliverables and capabilities to support business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams (legal, compliance, info sec) to ensure solution feasibility.
  • Drive the organizational transformation from a project-based to a product-based mindset.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of related experience required.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution.
  • Experience working in Agile development.
  • Solid product management background with the ability to influence all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen related to GRC and banking processes.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Cincinnati, OH.
