What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end development and management of client proposals for Regulatory Development, LCM, and MedTech service lines.
• Partner with Business Development Teams and Subject Matter Experts to develop commercially competitive pricing and proposals.
• Own the proposal process from opportunity intake through submission, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent proposals across global teams and various service lines.
• Track and manage proposal opportunities using Salesforce and maintain version control in SharePoint.
• Drive process improvements to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of proposal development.

Requirements

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written communication and document management abilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and operational teams.
• Experience with Salesforce and SharePoint is highly desirable.
• Background in proposal management, bid management, commercial operations, or life sciences consulting.
