What you will do
- Own the full P&L of the Own Brands business, ensuring revenue growth and gross margin profitability.
- Define and execute the long-term strategic direction for the Redcare and nu3 brands in European markets.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end value chain from consumer insights and innovation to sourcing and lifecycle management.
- Lead the Own Brands organization and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance.
- Drive portfolio expansion and establish governance, KPIs, and decision-making processes.
- Represent the Own Brands business in senior leadership discussions to shape strategic growth.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in Own Brands, Private Label, FMCG, Retail, or e-commerce.
- Demonstrated track record of P&L ownership and driving sustainable revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end value chain for consumer brands.
- Ability to lead and influence stakeholders within a complex matrix organization.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on execution mindset.
- Must be based in Berlin, Germany
