Backend Developer (Python)

Location: Must be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit. Hybrid work model requires 2 days per week in Porto.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend systems using Python as the primary language.
• Collaborate on projects involving C#, SQL, and Dapper ORM.
• Design and implement automated testing strategies including unit, integration, and functional tests.
• Utilize XL Deploy and XL Release for deployment and release management.
• Work within a hybrid team environment to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Backend Developer.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with C# and SQL/T-SQL.
• Strong expertise in automated testing (Pytest, NUnit, Selenium).
• Fluency in English (B2 level).
• Must be based in Portugal with valid work authorization (citizenship or permit).
• Availability for hybrid work in Porto (2 days/week).

Nice to have

• Experience with Telerik Kendo UI.
