What you will do

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone.
  • Address concerns regarding online orders, including lost shipments, stock availability, and returns.
  • Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and billing teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Process refunds and assist in resolving charge disputes.
  • Provide a positive shopping experience through courteous and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within an apparel eCommerce setting.
  • Strong understanding of customer service etiquette and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in email management tools and basic CRM software.
  • Ability to work 9AM-5PM EST.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Zendesk, eDesk, or similar support platforms.
