What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and analyze recurring and ad hoc reports for various stakeholders.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Support process optimization, automation, and reporting enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams.
• Document processes, reporting methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, sales operations, business analytics, or subscription management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• Experience with software subscriptions, quote-to-cash, renewals, or contract management.
• Proficiency with reporting and business systems such as Salesforce, ERP platforms, or Power BI.
