What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor output and adjust processes, staffing, or equipment to improve efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and proper operation of equipment.
• Train, coach, and support production team members to improve performance.
• Partner with QC, Technical Services, and Engineering to drive process improvements.
• Prepare and review production reports to identify and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team supervision experience.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work non-standard schedules as needed.
