What you will do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles in Mexico, with occasional support for USA and Canada.
• Proactively source and build talent pipelines using advanced headhunting and market research techniques.
• Operate with an agency mindset by identifying and sharing qualified talent across the global organization.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and recruitment strategy support.
• Contribute to global Talent Acquisition initiatives to drive operational excellence and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Sourcer, or Talent Scout.
• Proven experience in sourcing niche candidates within the Financial Services or Technology sectors.
• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible delivery model with shifting priorities.
• Must be based in Mexico City and able to work from the office 2 days per week.
