What you will do

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a broad portfolio of roles, including senior and critical positions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders, providing guidance on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability.
  • Proactively source and engage talent using creative, targeted, and data-driven approaches.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and long-term talent networks.
  • Ensure a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
  • Collaborate with HR partners and the global Talent Acquisition community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • 100% Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 5+ years of extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally supporting manufacturing, technical, or complex corporate environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence influencing at all levels.
  • Expertise in proactive sourcing and market mapping.
  • Must be based in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
