What you will do

• Operate Simulator Training Devices (STDs) and associated systems.
• Instruct students on checklist procedures, basic system knowledge, and emergency protocols.
• Develop, lead, and review simulator training scenarios for aircrew members across all training phases.
• Provide briefings and debriefings to trainees and manage scheduling activities.
• Maintain technical and operational publications and track student performance data.
• Support the On Site Manager and contribute to the overall training program development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus professional certification.
• 5-8 years of relevant work experience in an international environment.
• Working knowledge of Air Defence Operations and Air Battle Management (e.g., AWACS, JTAC, or CRC).
• At least 3 years of experience as a Surveillance Controller on the E-3A.
• At least 1 year of experience as an instructor Surveillance Controller on the E-3A.
• Eligible for NATO security clearance and fluency in English.
