What you will do
- Operate simulator training devices and associated systems, supporting effective use of their capabilities.
- Deliver theoretical and practical training for aircrew and students, including checklist procedures, basic system knowledge, normal procedures, and emergency procedures.
- Develop, review, and lead simulator training scenarios across all phases of training, including distributed simulator events.
- Plan and coordinate simulated events, schedules, briefings, debriefings, and student instructor familiarization training.
- Maintain technical and operational publications, training data, student performance records, and statistics.
- Support the Customer Training Organization and On Site Manager, including demonstrations and additional operational tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational and professional background, professional certification, and 5–8 years of relevant experience in an international environment.
- Recent, thorough knowledge of air defence operations and air battle management gained in an air surveillance and control unit such as AWACS, JTAC, or CRC.
- At least 3 years of recent experience as a Surveillance Controller on the E-3A.
- At least 1 year of recent experience as an instructor Surveillance Controller on the E-3A.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, accuracy, and a hands-on, pragmatic, service-oriented approach.
- Fluent English and eligibility for NATO security clearance required.
