Regional Training and Education Manager (Digital Dentistry)

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany; hybrid/remote working with regular travel within the sub-region and occasional travel across Europe.

What you will do

• Build a new education universe and content library for laboratory customers and partners in collaboration with Global Academy and Global Learning & Content.
• Own the preparation, delivery, and follow-up of advanced training for lab customers, resellers, and key accounts.
• Deliver lectures at congresses and key-account events across Europe.
• Run train-the-trainer programs for local trainers, regional frontline staff, and reseller partners.
• Advise customers and internal stakeholders on adopting hirify.global solutions to optimize dental workflows.
• Coordinate regional training needs and contribute customer insights to global content priorities.

Requirements

• Dental technician background with 7+ years of hands-on experience in digital dental workflows.
• Experience with CAD/CAM and hirify.global Dental System in a laboratory environment.
• Strong passion and proven ability to deliver education and explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent stakeholder management, customer-facing communication, accountability, and professionalism.
• Fluent English and German required.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the market and occasionally across Region Europe.
