Robotics Trainer (Industrial Automation)

What you will do

• Deliver hands-on training on robotics fundamentals, robot controllers, commissioning, industrial interfaces, communication protocols, and PLC integration.
• Teach hardware integration involving sensors, actuators, motors, and grippers.
• Create and maintain training materials, demonstrations, e-learning modules, videos, virtual classes, and simulation-based exercises.
• Stay current on product features and system updates through collaboration with Development and Product Management.
• Collect training feedback and feed it into learning content and product teams.
• Support the learning management system, including courses, participants, and certificates, and use AI tools to create, update, and translate content.

Requirements

• Degree in automation engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, robotics, or a comparable field.
• Solid robotics fundamentals and hands-on experience with robot controllers.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols including Profinet, EtherCAT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA.
• Experience with automation hardware, PLC programming, and basic programming in Python and/or C++.
• Basic knowledge of embedded systems and the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and practically.
• Good German and English language skills required.

• First experience as a trainer or in creating training materials.
