What you will do

• Analyze patterns and trends in complex data sets to support strategic business decisions.
• Design, build, and maintain trusted data models using dbt to create a single source of truth.
• Develop scalable dashboards and KPI frameworks using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Automate manual reporting processes with cloud-based data solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Data Engineering, and Data Science teams.
• Explore and leverage AI-powered analytics and LLM-based tools to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in Sales or Finance.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with dimensional data models (Star/Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with dbt for data transformation and version-controlled analytics.
• Experience with modern cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks).
• Business fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Python or R experience for analysis and automation.
