What you will do

• Partner with the Director of Product to shape and drive the long-term mobile strategy.
• Define and align core KPIs with business objectives and company OKRs.
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to identify trends and drive feature improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Research to maintain 360-degree customer knowledge and influence the roadmap.
• Empower product teams with methodologies and tools for independent, data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable and robust data infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or similar data-focused role with a focus on product analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL, DBT, Excel, and Tableau (or similar visualization tools).
• Strong expertise in statistical analysis, data modeling, and creating advanced data visualizations.
• Ability to convey complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with PMs, engineers, and designers.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Munich, Germany.
