What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact between hirify.global SCM and external foundry partners to manage communications and escalations.
• Oversee external supply chain processes and implement automation to reduce manual workloads.
• Collaborate with Business Groups and Global Business Planning to align capacity loading and RFF targets.
• Lead S&OP reviews and gap closure activities with subcontractors.
• Monitor and review operational KPIs including output, delivery, yield, and cycle time to drive improvement plans.
• Manage supplier engagement and review contractual terms and conditions on an ad hoc basis.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in subcontractor management.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP or O9.
