Lead Business Analyst (Power BI/NAS): Lead a team of Business Analysts and coordinate financial project activities for large-scale storage migration of NAS platforms with an accent on migration planning, stakeholder coordination, and maintaining Power BI dashboards. Focus on solving complex migration tracking and reporting challenges across timelines while ensuring secure, efficient business continuity.

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia / Gdańsk / Warszawa / Łódź (3 days per week from the office)

Salary: 800–1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Lead a team of Business Analysts.
• Plan storage migration activities and coordinate NAS migration initiatives across agreed timelines.
• Collaborate with Release Management and project leads to manage migration progress and status updates.
• Own, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for management and follow up on requests from management and Project Managers.
• Communicate with stakeholders on a daily basis and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of NAS technologies, including CIFS/SMB and NFS.
• Background in Network Attached Storage (NAS) migrations and understanding of storage environments and migration processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting and dashboard management.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of Power Apps and familiarity with SharePoint trackers and reporting tools.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
