What you will do

• Lead discovery workshops and define business goals, gaps, and system constraints.
• Develop and communicate a strong product vision to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering to navigate trade-offs and ensure scalable, feasible solutions.
• Guide designers by providing functional context and ensuring UX alignment with business needs.
• Translate complex requirements into clear specifications and user flows.
• Track success metrics, analyze usage data, and iterate on product features.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in BA or Product Analyst roles.
• Strong English proficiency (C1 level) for client communication.
• Strong Ukrainian proficiency (C1 level) for internal team collaboration.
• Ability to connect business needs, user experience, and complex system realities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in mapping AS-IS/TO-BE processes.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with a focus on problem-solving.
