What you will do

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and environment promotion across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Perform code reviews and contribute to architecture discussions to maintain high coding standards.
• Support data migration, modeling, and ETL processes to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
• Proven experience in the wealth management or investment/asset management domain.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and integration best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD, SFDX, and release management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with portfolio/accounting platforms like Addepar.
