What you will do

  • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and define overall solution architecture.
  • Configure SAP Business One modules including Finance, Procurement, Sales, and MRP.
  • Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and integrations.
  • Review and validate SDK developments and third-party add-ons.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
  • Mentor consultants and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SAP Business One consulting experience.
  • Minimum 5 full-cycle SAP Business One implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and MRP.
  • Proficiency with SAP B1 SDK, Service Layer, integrations, and Crystal Reports.
  • English B2+ proficiency.
  • Must be based in Bulgaria, Lithuania, or Poland.

Nice to have

  • SAP Business One certification.
  • Experience with manufacturing projects, HANA, and SAP B1 add-ons like Boyum, Beas, or Produmex.
