What you will do

• Analyze system-level specifications to derive and design repeatable test cases with clear acceptance criteria.
• Implement smart sampling strategies to ensure maximum test coverage with optimal resource use.
• Allocate and manage tests across Simulation, Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), and Closed-Loop environments.
• Guide and monitor the execution of test suites and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Evaluate test runs to provide definitive Pass/Fail verdicts and actionable feedback for development teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of professional experience validating autonomous systems in safety-critical domains like automotive or robotics.
• Solid technical grasp of sensor and perception technologies, path planning, and motion control logic.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning approaches and their impact on system testing.
• Proven experience in establishing structured verification activities and reporting progress.
• Valid Driver License Class B (Class C preferred) for operating products on test tracks.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Munich, Germany.
