A Berlin-based mobile games developer specializing in the idle genre, creating games enjoyed by hundreds of millions of players worldwide.

What you will do

• Own feature quality and test coverage end-to-end, from requirement analysis to release sign-off and post-release monitoring.
• Design, write, and review comprehensive test plans and maps, defining QA strategies for complex features.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python within an in-house automation platform.
• Perform technical analysis including runtime profiling, memory analysis, and CPU/GPU usage on iOS and Android.
• Monitor and investigate regressions related to frame rates, load times, and build sizes.
• Coordinate team playtests, manage QA workloads for internal and external testers, and track QA KPIs.

Requirements

• Extensive QA experience in mobile gaming, preferably in F2P/LiveOps environments.
• Hands-on proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests with Python.
• Strong knowledge of mobile performance metrics (profiling, memory, frame pacing) for iOS and Android.
• Experience with test management tools (Xray, TestRail, Zephyr) and Jira Agile/Scrum workflows.
• English: B2 (strong written and verbal communication) required.
• Experience coordinating workload across internal and external testing teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Familiarity with Unity and mobile profiling tools (Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler).
• Knowledge of Firebase, SDKs, third-party plugins, and basic SQL.
• Experience with AI-assisted tooling for testing and workflow automation.
