Salary: £42,000 – £52,000

What you will do

• Deliver community-based stoma care services directly in patients' homes.
• Provide specialist nursing care, information, and advice to patients and relatives post-stoma surgery.
• Teach and support patients to independently manage their stoma care.
• Coordinate communication between acute teams, GPs, and community nurses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and support the introduction of new medical products.
• Collaborate with the Company Nurse Manager to achieve annual clinical objectives.

Requirements

• Qualified Nurse RGN (essential)
• Valid Driving Licence (essential) for home visits
• Proven experience and interest in stoma care or the colorectal area
• Evidence of recent post-registration training and development

Nice to have

• Community or district nurse experience
• Recognized Stoma Care Qualification
