What you will do

• Drive the test automation strategy for hirify.global HR across the engineering team.
• Expand end-to-end test coverage using Playwright.
• Partner with developers to embed quality into every stage of the development process.
• Design and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Act as a product domain expert to identify risks early and guide quality decisions.

Requirements

• Several years of hands-on quality engineering experience with senior-level ownership of complex web applications.
• Proven experience building and maintaining E2E test suites in Playwright.
• Proficiency in testing GraphQL APIs and backend services.
• Fluent English and Polish language skills for daily collaboration.
• Ability to balance product-oriented thinking with deep technical analysis.
