Salary: 130,000 – 210,000 PLN

What you will do

• Prepare and conduct remote and on-site GxP audits of pharmaceutical providers.
• Assess compliance against international GxP regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and timely audit reports.
• Review and assess supplier CAPA responses to ensure findings are addressed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit consistency and quality.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
• Minimum 5 years of GMP auditing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Professional proficiency in both Polish and English.
• Strong knowledge of international GMP regulations and quality systems.
• Evidence of relevant and accredited auditor training.
• Willingness to travel for on-site audits.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Czech or German.
