What you will do

• Own the functional design and lifecycle management of Managed Data tables to ensure policy-compliant data across applications.
• Drive functional ownership of the NCA platform, focusing on lifecycle risk monitoring and rule-based triggers.
• Translate regulatory policies and risk frameworks into clear, traceable, and deterministic rules.
• Design and maintain logic to detect changes in customer circumstances and trigger appropriate review events.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Architecture, and IT teams to align on target-state solutions.
• Ensure all logic and data decisions are explainable, traceable, and support supervisory audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data, IT, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking to translate policy requirements into structured logic.
• Experience with risk engines, rules-based decisioning, or lifecycle monitoring solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes including Compliance and IT.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
• Experience with testing changes implemented in assets or systems.
