What you will do

• Design and implement scalable AML controls aligned with global regulatory requirements.
• Provide expert AML advisory for new products, features, and jurisdictions.
• Perform control testing and QA to validate the effectiveness of AML frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to ensure customer-centric AML processes.
• Identify and remediate control gaps to prevent customer detriment.
• Maintain AML dashboards and documentation for internal and external transparency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an AML SME in a risk advisory or control team.
• Solid track record of AML advisory in retail banking or fintech.
• In-depth knowledge of AML typologies, regulatory requirements, and control frameworks.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and driving remediation.
• Understanding of modern financial products, including crypto and investment assets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage cross-departmental stakeholders.

• Familiarity with transaction monitoring, rule logic, or model tuning.
