What you will do

• Match over 750 media owner invoices monthly to corresponding bookings.
• Prepare bi-monthly payment runs and monitor the accrual ledger.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice queries with internal teams.
• Maintain the aged creditors report.
• Support the finance team during month-end processes.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounts role.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to handle high volumes of invoices.
• Must be available to start immediately.
