Location: Must be based in the UK, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, or Poland (Office or Remote options available)
Salary: Krakow: PLN 9,000 - 11,600 gross monthly

What you will do
- Conduct analytical assessments of assigned accounts to uncover growth opportunities via a solution-based sales approach.
- Build and maintain rapport with customers through discovery check-ins and follow-ups.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value proposition of Revolut Business features.
- Meet and exceed sales targets in alignment with team KPIs.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
- Must be located in one of the specified EU markets (UK, Ireland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Poland).
- 2+ years of sales or commercial experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record in telesales or account management.
- Advanced experience in pricing strategies and stakeholder negotiation.
- Strong analytical mindset and project management skills.
