What you will do

• Act as the primary technical interface for customer engineering teams to promote NXP Automotive system solutions.
• Support the entire project lifecycle from design-in to production, including board design reviews and product configuration.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues for customers.
• Gather and communicate customer intelligence on end-product plans and silicon requirements to influence new product definitions.
• Develop technical collateral such as application notes and engineering bulletins.
• Represent the company at technical conferences and industry exhibitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing (FAE/AE) or HW/SW system development role within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, and embedded software.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting complex board-level issues using JTAG debuggers and lab equipment.
• Ability to present complex technical subjects to professional audiences.
• English and German: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Location: Must be based in Munich, Germany.
