We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to join our growing CRM team in the fast-paced gambling industry. You will work closely with our CRM Manager, supporting the execution of player communication campaigns aimed at improving engagement, retention, and reactivation across multiple channels. This role is hands-on and operational, focusing on the day-to-day execution of CRM campaigns, from setup to deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

• Launch CRM campaigns across different channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
• Conduct A/B tests and pilot campaigns based on segmentation and behavioral triggers.

Automation & Triggered Journeys

• Implement and maintain automated communication flows and trigger-based messages based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
• Set up and monitor communication chains to improve player conversion and retention.

Content Production & Coordination

• Create and manage templates for different types of CRM communication.
• Prepare briefs and technical requirements for designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Ensure messages are aligned with promotional calendars and reactivation strategies.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with product, promotions, and analytics teams to ensure CRM campaigns are well-aligned with current offerings and player needs.
• Perform quality checks before campaign launches to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and targeting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in the gambling sector.
• Experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns using specific CRM platforms.
• Understanding of segmentation, user journeys, and behavioral targeting.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when managing multiple live campaigns.
• Solid understanding of CRM metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.
• Comfortable using tools like Excel/Sheets and campaign performance dashboards.
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and task management skills.
• Fluent Russian and English
