Location: Must be based in Poland (Office in Krakow or remote within Poland).

Salary: PLN 21,000 – PLN 29,100 gross monthly.

What you will do

• Advise on compliance and legal issues for new and existing credit products in payments and banking.
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for financial products.
• Structure and expand credit features while managing regulatory expectations and applications.
• Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth is secure and compliant.

Requirements

• 3+ years of PQE in a legal role.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Experience advising on financial regulations across Poland.
• Strong knowledge of Consumer Credit Directive (CCD) and debt recovery procedures.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous situations with incomplete information.
