What you will do

• Audit and clean Contacts, Accounts, and Deals in Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Design and implement automated workflows in Zoho CRM to streamline lead-to-deal conversion.
• Build customized dashboards for real-time visibility of company KPIs and sales performance.
• Develop branded customer portals for borrowers and clients to centralize documentation and tracking.
• Integrate Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Cliq) and utilize Zoho AI features like Zia and chatbots.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in the Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.).
• Strong background in workflow automation, CRM customization, and integrations.
• Familiarity with AI tools and features within Zoho, such as Zia and AI workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Based in the Philippines.
• Ability to work according to Arizona Time (MST).
