What you will do

• Lead planning, storyboarding, and execution of high-quality video content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and XHS.
• Develop creative concepts that enhance brand storytelling and align with campaign objectives.
• Oversee professional-level editing, including color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and subtitling.
• Mentor junior videographers and editors, providing creative guidance and feedback.
• Manage the full production pipeline, including equipment setup, media management, and file optimization.
• Experiment with new storytelling techniques and visual styles to increase audience reach and retention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in videography, video editing, and creative production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition).
• Strong skills in camera operations, lighting setups, and audio recording.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms, video algorithms, and content optimization.
• Strong portfolio or showreel showcasing diverse video styles and storytelling techniques.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film, Multimedia, Communication, or a related field.
