What you will do

• Define and own the long-term product vision and strategy for the Sportsbook platform across multiple markets.
• Build and prioritize a clear product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery with long-term transformation.
• Collaborate with Trading, Tech, Data, and UX teams to deliver a high-quality, differentiated player experience.
• Manage multi-platform transitions (KSP, ABP, Kambi) towards a unified internal platform strategy.
• Own product KPIs including NGR, ARPU, retention, engagement, and margins.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, Product Owners, UX designers, and analysts.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the Sports Betting industry.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale B2C digital products.
• Deep understanding of Sportsbook platforms, betting mechanics, markets, and trading workflows.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and high-velocity product delivery environments.
• Strong experience with agile methodologies and product governance frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills for fast-paced environments.
