Location: Hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: €7,556 - €10,794 per month

What you will do

  • Define and drive a long-term product vision and roadmap for Archer, ensuring alignment with bank strategy.
  • Align multiple Archer squads to ensure coherent end-to-end value delivery and prevent siloed optimization.
  • Make explicit, value-based prioritisation decisions balancing regulatory deadlines, business needs, and platform health.
  • Partner with Non-Financial Risk stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritised value.
  • Connect squads, stakeholders, and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a proven ability to operate at a conceptual and strategic level.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner within large-scale, agile, or product-led environments.
  • Experience in Non-Financial Risk and/or IT environments.
  • Strong business partnering skills to influence stakeholders from subject matter experts to senior management.
  • English: Strong command required.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Archer platform.
  • Proficiency in Dutch.
