Salary: €7,556 - €10,794 per month

What you will do
- Define and drive a long-term product vision and roadmap for Archer, ensuring alignment with bank strategy.
- Align multiple Archer squads to ensure coherent end-to-end value delivery and prevent siloed optimization.
- Make explicit, value-based prioritisation decisions balancing regulatory deadlines, business needs, and platform health.
- Partner with Non-Financial Risk stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritised value.
- Connect squads, stakeholders, and decision-makers across multiple organizational levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a proven ability to operate at a conceptual and strategic level.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner within large-scale, agile, or product-led environments.
- Experience in Non-Financial Risk and/or IT environments.
- Strong business partnering skills to influence stakeholders from subject matter experts to senior management.
- English: Strong command required.

- Knowledge of the Archer platform.
- Proficiency in Dutch.
