What you will do

• Own and manage the daily transaction reporting cycle including exception management, accuracy checks, and reconciliation.
• Maintain MI recording, incident logging, and keep domain lead informed on incidents and escalations.
• Investigate and remediate breaks identified by monitoring controls and data quality tools.
• Prepare governance meeting materials and track action items to completion.
• Test and verify regulatory changes and maintain transaction reporting procedures and audit documents.
• Identify and lead operational process improvements.

Requirements

• Must have 1–2 years experience in transaction reporting focused on MiFIR/MiFID II.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to investigate root causes of reporting exceptions.
• Experience with daily exception management, reconciliation, and validation monitoring.
• Clear written communication skills for incident narratives and committee reporting.
• Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations; awareness of ESMA and ASIC publications is a plus.

Nice to have

• Exposure to EMIR reporting, especially EMIR REFIT.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools.
• Familiarity with Approved Reporting Mechanisms and NCA validation rules.
• Scripting or automation skills such as Python and SQL for data investigation.
