What you will do

• Onboard high-net-worth individuals, guiding them through the entire customer lifecycle.
• Identify client requirements and convey the unique value of private banking services via a solutions-based approach.
• Drive growth by identifying cross-sell opportunities and ensuring clients leverage the full suite of features.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice tailored to unique situations, including deposits, savings, and investments.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and recommend optimizations to meet evolving financial goals.
• Meet and exceed relationship management targets aligned with team goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or similar financial advisory roles.
• CISI Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma (IAD), or CFA Level 1 plus Investment Management Certificate (IMC) Level 4.
• Fluency in English.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-value client relationships.
• Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements and commitment to high compliance standards.
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or equivalent.
• Experience with HNW client relationship management software and financial modelling tools.
