Product Designer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (Fintech): Designing and delivering user-centered end-to-end experiences across web and mobile for a financial freedom platform with an accent on elegant UX/UI solutions and data-driven iterations. Focus on building reusable components for the design system and advocating for users across the organization.

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Lithuania (most team members in the office two days a week)

Salary: €3,100 - €4,660 gross per month

What you will do

• Design and deliver thoughtful, user-centered end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile from concept to launch.
• Translate product requirements into elegant UX/UI solutions that solve real user problems.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams to shape strategy and define user needs.
• Use research, experimentation, and data to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
• Contribute to the design system by building reusable components and ensuring visual and functional consistency.
• Advocate for the user and design practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products in cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Figma and AI-fluency.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and/or mobile.
• Ability to build and organize design artefacts (flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, specifications).
• Fluent English language skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for fintech, SaaS, or other complex, data-heavy products.
• Confidence in running usability tests, user interviews, or co-creation workshops.
• Hands-on experience contributing to or shaping a design system.
• Comfort making sense of ambiguity and bringing clarity to messy problem spaces.
