What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for prototype parts and materials.
• Execute purchase orders and manage vendor invoice workflows in Ariba.
• Expedite shipments and resolve discrepancies in goods receipts and invoicing.
• Conduct sourcing events and consolidate supplier quotations.
• Drive compliance with category strategies, supplier plans, and procurement best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through standardization and automation of procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Budaörs, Hungary.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Technology, or Engineering.
• 1-3 years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, or purchase-to-invoice processes.
• Fluency in English required.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data management.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, time-sensitive manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Ariba.
• Background in Shared Service Centers (SSC) or manufacturing.
