What you will do

• Define and execute long-term network development strategies aligned with commercial and financial objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities, base openings, and expansion initiatives through strategic business cases.
• Lead route optimization, capacity allocation, and frequency planning to maximize profitability and aircraft utilization.
• Partner with scheduling, revenue management, and finance teams to ensure operational alignment.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing network development team in a fast-paced environment.
• Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior management and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be able to live and work in Budapest, Hungary.
• Proven leadership experience in network planning, aviation strategy, or aviation analytics.
• Deep understanding of airline economics, route profitability, and fleet planning principles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Aviation Management, Mathematics, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a data-driven approach.
