What you will do

• Track, monitor, and modify flight deck and cabin crew rosters for daily operations (+72 hours).
• Manage crew shortages to ensure an adequate number of crew members are available on the day of operation.
• Monitor crew check-ins and verify adherence to duty and flight time limitations.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain the daily operations checklist.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless flight operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Must be based in Budapest.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and decision-making skills.
