What you will do

• Communicate and provide assistance during irregular airport operations.
• Draft and send operational notifications to ground handlers and service providers.
• Liaise with ground handling agents to follow up on service recovery in real-time.
• Authorize complimentary services for passengers and operations.
• Monitor operational messages to ensure timely responses.
• Support ground handlers to maintain smooth airport operations.

Requirements

• Active full-time university or college student status in Hungary.
• Ability to work in 12-hour rotation shifts (7:00-19:00, 19:00-7:00), including weekends and holidays.
• Availability for 3-4 shifts per week.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
