What you will do

• Build agentic workflows and orchestration systems.
• Design and evaluate LLM pipelines for performance and reliability.
• Develop both classical machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of data science and AI projects.
• Mentor data scientists and AI engineers.
• Support pre-sales activities and client technical discussions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading data science and AI projects.
• Strong expertise in classical machine learning and generative AI.
• Experience with LLM orchestration, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate business problems into scoped analytical solutions.
• Experience with model governance and responsible AI practices.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
